Raw Food Retreat

I'm not even new yet but am looking into it (for the past 2 years). Has anyone stayed at the Creative Health Institute in Michigan? I'd love to hear suggestions about good places to start. thanks.

I hear The hallalueh Acres in South carolina is a wonderful retreat.
