I am a bit confused on all the nutritional advice out there. The body building world tells me I need to be eating protein (lean meats and shakes) 6 times a day to build a strong and healthy and lean body. The raw food books tell me no meat at all. I desire to be healthy and look like a body builder. I am reading a book called Raw Power about a male body builder who competed eating all raw. My personal trainer tells me the raw diet is too high in sugar. I am sooooo confused. Please help.
