I have not been active much on this site for a long time but am starting to be a bit more.

I am wondering if I can get an idea of how many people active on this site who live in Minnesota?

Any people from Minnesota who are interested in learning more are raw chocolate, sharing ideas about this sort of thing? I have been eating raw chocolate nibs, and making smoothies everyday for about 1/2 year now. Recently, about a month ago, I figured out how to make raw chocolate bars, and they are quite perfect.

I am interested in starting a business at some point, making raw chocolate bars, and it would be nice to have a few people into raw foods who could give me some feedback on my chocolate, do a little taste testing and that sort of thing.

I am quite open to just about anything. I have a lot of reasearch to do, looking into what sort of laws I would need to adhere to, in order to manufarture this sort of a food product, and getting a proper business structure setup, ect..
