Raw communities

I am interested in hearing about raw communities all around the world. Also about exotic fruits and vegetables that raw foodists have discovered in their travels. If no one has begun a list of people who could accept a raw traveller, that would be nice to compile, as well. I would be happy to do this but could use some technical suggestions, such as particular software for collecting contact info. My particular vision is of a raw retreat in possibly tropical climate where people could come to learn raw food prep and self care.
