Hi all!

I recently did a raw foods/cleansing retreat for three weeks and learned so much and saw huge changes physically, emotionally and such. I've been back home for two weeks and am keeping 80-90% raw and loving it. I want to meet more people into this lifestyle.

Hi back! Also in Vancouver, Canada. There's a Lower Mainland thread in this forum, which has posts from many of us in the GVRD, and there are a couple of Canada threads too. Check them out!
