i'm in brooklyn. I also recently became raw but i'm determined to stick with at least 80% raw for the long term. i have to, for health reasons. i will be going away for a month but i would love to EAT with you sometime. i have been wanting to go to quintessence but haven't found anyone to go with. i went out with a friend the other day and he compromised by going to a vegan place. ps. this week i'm too broke. setting up my new raw kitchen and buying too much food broke me! NOT 20-30yo but not dead yet We have a couple Raw Food support groups in the city: Monday nights 7pm Hartley House, Raw Health & Happiness Society (in transition, created by Natural Hyginests) I attend. Raw Food Meet-up group tries to meet 1ce a month at a restaraunt - Dec 23rd we're at Raw Soul in Harlem at 5pm I can be reached at ljbn@yahoo.com if you want someone to talk w/ (I occasionally coach interested parties) Lesa PS.
