Hi!

Is it OK when I use a metal-sieve for sprouting or will the sprouts react with the metal and get spoiled?

I will answer. Not an expert but been sprouting for many years. I never had any problem with metals, but only used stainless steel, like a sieve, dump the bottle right into the sieve or colander and rinse them, then put the sprouts back in the glass.

As long as the metal is stainless and you rinse regularly, I don't see why it would be a problem.

Hope this helps.
