What's the easiest non-legume to sprout?

First timer here looking for something easy to sprout but not a legume.

Things like alfalfa or clover are really easy. This is a good set of instructions for sprouting them in a quart canning jar. You don't need to buy the special draining jar lids... anything that can drain will work fine. You can cut out round pieces of an old window screen, or just use a piece of a nylon stocking.

I would go for sunflower seeds (de-shelled). They can be eaten as a sprout....or grown in soil as a micro-green...or just eaten raw.
