Sunflower and pea shoots

What do I do? =D I've germinated peas and sunflower seeds, but I've never sprouted anything to the SHOOT level before. I'm ready to move up in the world of sprouting. Could anyone please share their wisdom? Re: Sunflower and pea shoots
