Buckwheat is mucilagenic (sp?) - gets very slimy. You just have to rinse it really well. I use a collandar that's got real small holes and just rinse and rinse till it's no longer slimy. Does that help? Life Is Good! alive! Re: Any tips for sprouting buckwheat?

I soaked, rinsed a few times. I followed the directions that came with my Easy Sprouter. They don't look any different, there's nothng "sprouting" ect. They just did..nothing. Re: Any tips for sprouting buckwheat?
