I bought two pounds of organic wheat berries today

They were only $2 a bag--I couldn't resist. Problem is, I don't have a dehydrator. Does anyone know if you can freeze wheat berries and if they will remain viable for sprouting when you're ready for them? Also, any rawcipes for wheat sprouts which don't require a dehydrator?

do you have a juicer? I've plant them and make wheatgrass.
