amino acids in sprouted garbanzos

Hi,

I am trying to avoid food high in arginine. I would like to sprout garbanzos. I notice that they are high in arginine unsprouted. However, I noticed that the lysine/ arginine ratio changes when sprouted. I've looked on the internet, but I can't seem to find any information regarding the garbanzo. Does anyone know if the ratio changes in sprouted garbanzos? Thank you!
