Gluten in sprouts?

Hi.
Do sprouted wheat berries have gluten in them?
Or does the gluten form further down the line,when the wheat reaches maturity and is milled.

I'm fairly sure that the gluten is a part of the protein profile of wheat.

yes. There is gluten. If you are sensitive, don't eat the sprouts.

However, the wheatgrass (just the green leaves) seems to not have gluten.
