Hello everyone,

How do you grow an indoor vegetable garden? I live in an apartment and would like to grow vegetables year around. What would be good to plant? I was thinking little things like cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers, snow peas, maybe some smaller type of lettuce? I'm not really sure. Actually, I'm pretty clueless about how to go about this. If anyone could share some thoughts, that would be wonderful. Thank you all for your time, and enjoy the lovely daysmiling smiley

Summer veggies do not do well inside without greenhouse or at least hydroponic conditions (tomato's, cukes etc.) I would think you could do lettuce in elongated planters in your window sills, if you get enough light. I would do mesculn(loose leaf) varieties rather then heading types. You can definitely do parsley and basil this way.

sprouting is the way to go. living foods or live nutrition is so super potent. you can sprout lentils, sunflower seeds, almonds, broccoli seeds, radish seeds, sesame seeds, buckwheat seeds and the list goes on. all without soil. research it. it's a whole new world.
