And anyone have easy instructions for sprouting/growing wheatgrass? This is my first time doing it. I already have the berries soaking.

Hey, LikeItOrNot! I've never grown wheatgrass, but I would say - go to the Sproutpeople web site and read everything you need to know. I buy potting soil to use for my sunflower greens and others. I compost it and then re-use it. But I'm not really sure that I HAVE to do it that way. I just do - our soil at our house is really poor quality - very hard clay. Good luck with that!
