How can you eat sprouts without adding fat?

I'm trying the 811 diet and I want to eat a small amount of quinoa or millet sprouts a day for easy calories+ it's cheap. But how can I eat them besides plain? Do they get ruined if I were to blend them into a smoothie with some fruit?

How about putting braggs liquid aminos and lemon dressing with chives sliced (yeah I know bragg's aren't raw)
