Date: September 28, 2007 05:30AM I am just learning how to sprout, first where can I buy these beans? Any beans will do, like green bean or red bean? Anyone has better suggestions? Re: can anyone suggest a good seed to start sprouting?

Date: September 28, 2007 04:07PM I like [www.sproutpeople.com] because they have a great deal of advice and information about sprouting. I started sprouting with small leafy sprouts (clover, alfalfa, broccoli, etc...) which I eat in salads and wrap sandwiches. I've made one blended soup with them, but didn't have good results because I don't have a high-speed blender. Re: can anyone suggest a good seed to start sprouting?
