Soy Sprouts?

Date: November 18, 2007 04:43PM I saw big bags of soy sprouts in a store. Are soy sprouts good for us? Do they taste good? Has anyone tried to grow them? I was thinking of buying some but the bags are kind of big and I didn't want to waste my money if they weren't healthy and tasty.
Thanks. Lee Re: Soy Sprouts?

I dont know about soy for sprouts but I bet you could look on line. Someone on here recommended a site once that had the word 'sprout' in it, maybe 'sproutman'? I grew soy once but only for a cover crop, not for sprouts. I didnt eat any. Good luck, Kit Re: Soy Sprouts?

Date: November 19, 2007 03:14PM My preferred site for sprouting information is [www.sproutpeople.com]. They have a lot of sprouting information and suggestions. They say that soy is one of the harder seeds to sprout at home, so if you want to try them and you aren't an experienced sprouter you may want to buy some.
