jus how do u know when your sprouts are ready , any/all sprouts .

ive got loads on the go and have lost track of when there suppooosssed to be ready. what are good indicating sihgns

That's really a matter of taste. If you're not sure how long your sprouts have been growing, try them and see if they taste good. If you try to grow them too long without soil or fertilizer they'll die and start to spoil, but other than that it's almost entirely your decision. There are no right answers here.

Mung beans: when the tails are about twice as long as the bean.
Alfalfa seeds: when the tail is about 1-1/2" long and just starts to flower with the green leaf on the ends.
Quinoa seeds: when the tail is about 1/8" long.

These are just my preferences.
