WOW!!!

As someone 7 days into my raw journey this was just amazing to read and I LOVED the pics! I'm speechless. How long did take you to get rid of your migraines? I have them often and they have been known to last up to 45 days.

I'm just curious of your personal experience with this.

Most of the migraines disappeared after giving up meat, dairy, eggs, and processed food. After several months on a raw food diet the few that I was still getting went away. I sometimes will now get minor headaches if I eat too much fat. The diet I follow is here: [www.raw-food-health.net]
