Thanks guys! Basically my loose skin is going away. What is super vital in order to remove everything, is to literally remove everything. Its time to go no fat for a while! It sounds scary until you do it. then the weight loss makes it downright addictive. You will strip the remaining fat right off of your body! I am healthier now than I have ever been EVER! I am riding my mountain bike up and down mountains for 6+ hours at a time and 30 miles plus per day(if I have the free time). Its crazy. The lethargy you feel is from the bad foods, yes. Most humans are massively nutrient deficient. SAD foods will really deplete you. Every meal you eat, its like your body is still waiting for some dang nutrient!
LOW LOW fat. the only fat you need all day during heavy weightloss/detox phases is like a tsp of hemp seeds per day. somedays NONE! NO FAT! the fat will melt away and the skin will tighten in even more. Lose the fat, the skin will tighten. I also recommend cocoa butter type salves for your skin. I make one for stretch marks that is oils plus rosemary,calendula,and plantain. with neroli oil and vetiver. it is a custom blend for skin healing. RAWLION, I just yesterday heard a skin specialist speak about stretchmarks. She said a great rememdy is coconut oil mixed with lime juice! I'm going to try it, I have a few stripes from growing too fast during puberty. None from 2 pregnancies though, fancy that.

thank you! I am currently working on perfecting my body the best I can and getting myself down to just 6% body fat! which is perfect athlete level. 80/10/10 feels SOOO great! Most people are eating way too much fat!

you are a great inspiration to me. I am one fifty over weight and starting to feel my body say enough is enough. Today I went raw with a smoothie with berries and spinach. What i had on hand. My boyfriend of ten years has a body type as you did when you were over weight. I am not sure he will go vegan but I can make him more veggies and have him try my raw creations. I bet he will like them. If he cant go veggie I can at least cut the fat for him.

I am doing it now. I am so happy for you. You are inspiring others. You can have fun biking now. I want to be able to go for a run again. Now I hobble around like an 80 yr old and I am only fourty nine. People say I look in my thirties but I limp because of gouty arthritis flare ups. I am embarassed. Time for a change. right now I am detoxing again! I am drinking fresh juices, green smoothies, and fruit. along with supplements like vitamineral green pills, wheatgrass pills, chlorella. I don't eat any fat except for about a quater tsp of hemp seeds in a smoothie every few days to help keep my brain healthy. But if you are trying to lose weight. you gotta quit the fat for a little while. its a detox secret. i also recommend buying a box cleanse kit also to help stimulate your body dumping toxins which will aid in your overall detox.

I eat fruit salad.....I eat HUGE fruit salads if I am craving a full feeling. I mean big, like 7 bananas, 5-8 satsuma oranges, 2 -4 mangoes, berries, kiwi, more blood oranges, or navel oranges, grapes if organic is in season. I eat about a half gallon of fruit salad in a sitting. Usually no more than 1 of those per day. I will make celery juice and other veggie juices and make a soup `out of it. MY favorite is to make a celery broth, with just a few carrots juiced in. then I blend some mushrooms in to make it creamy. I season to taste.(i don't use salt though as celery juice is rather salty and salt is abundant in vegetables).
so soup is my night time favorite. I also will do zuchini noodles in the soup, and then I warm it up on the warmer to about 110 degrees. YUM! I eat all kinds of green pills throughout the day as well. What I have found is that deeper yearning for satisfaction we try to fill with fats and slower digesting foods is really us wanting to be eating loads and I mean LOADS of micro green nutrients. I eat chlorella all day off and on, wheatgrass pills off and on, and I take various different herbal pills to to amp up liver detoxification and organ detox.
These things help me find the true satisfaction in my heart. Fat is not satisfying, it is satiating. 2 different things.
this point is crucial to understanding what your body really wants. Fat will be there when i need it. When I look at the extra baggage I carry I know I am good on fat right now. This is why I logically just use small amounts of hemps seeds here and there, as in 1/2 tsp in a smoothie every other day. the secret is fall in love with fruit salad. drink wheatgrass juice for breakfast, followed by a green juice. this gets your body super alkaline, and super nutrified. this helps you make super good gains so you are motivated to keep it going day in and day out.

You are such a great inspiration. Many blessings to you.. I have been trying to go 100 raw but it has been a struggle as I can not eat too much fruit due to being sensitive to sugar. I add too much fat to my green smoothies and I think this has really stalled my weight loss. Do you think going low fat would work for a female as well?

YES YES YES ! this will work for you. just don't make the smoothies too high glycemic level. for instance use more berries and less banana. if you put fat in your smoothies then you are NOT going to reap the full detoxing benefit from drinking them. FAT FREE for now, then later you can enjoy mildly fatty substances. to fully detox and regenerate life force and lose weight or whatever, to refresh the cells you have to go low low fat and low salt lots of greens !

I am a chef in my own light so i don't generally have any issues making foods. We almost never look up anything at all. I recommend using lots of recipes in the beginning, so later you can become good at making your own foods, without recipes. Raw food is less about recipes, as it is about just balancing the flavor of the food you are making. Everyone can benefit from low low fat. if you are putting fat in your smoothies, you will not be losing much/any weight. nor will you have an exciting detox. what really gets the ball rolling is low low fat. high greens. fruit is not vital, though it does help keep us hydrated quite well.
people are so fixated on fat, that it is near impossible for the average american to even conceive of how addicted to fat they are. If fat is your main calorie intake, then the other food you should eat a lot of is greens and veggies. if you are going to eat lots of fruit, you don't need fat very much. mixing fat and sugar prevents the body from metabolizing the fat as long as the insulin is free in the blood. you will be very satisfied if you take the jump! fat is holding most of us back. 4 years into raw, I am still battling fat addiction/balance. it will never end. its evolution, we crave energy sources. simple.

Hello Rawlion, I am amazed at the changes in your life. Absolutely amazed. you look soooooo healthy!

I am not new to raw living foods but it has been hard for me to stay with the program. In fact, at this moment I am so disgusted with myself and have been toying with the idea of doing raw (once again, many times, once again) and today so upset with myself and my addiction to food I decided to get back on the rawfoods community and conjuer up some motivation and there you were. Wow, you look amazing. I am going to get back with the program, I just have to realize that food is so addicting to me. Banana who, if i didn't battle fat then I would just eat it all day and I would be 400 plus pounds like before. If we don't find balance in our lives we won't be balanced. Some cravings are natural and fit in to this modern lifestyle. Other cravings are not good or useful in this modern environment, like fat cravings. I am choosing to eat the amount of fat my body needs, and tune that in over time to build and maintain my body composition at an athletic level. I am non sedentary, and I still have a hyper efficient body that wants to store everything away.
I have been learning so much all these years of being raw, and as I get stronger and more and more fit I learn just what my body truly needs. My body doesn't like more than 1/2 to a whole avocado per day, and or 1/2 to 1 tsp of hemp seeds every day or 2. I also use flax randomly in crackers or salads here and there. My body prefers fatty acids to whole fats. This is probably true in everybody's bodies, because fatty acids are more easily absorbed, thus using less energy and effort to digest. I try to focus on amino acids, not protein, fatty acids, less fat, and healthy carbs. this way my body can use so much more of eat, more easily helping me to be as strong as possible.
Here is the fact I learned recently that is IMPERATIVE TO HUMAN HEALTH!

------- 70% of all the energy the human body uses is burnt up on digestion !!!
this is huge knowledge! What this means is that we get over taxed by the foods we eat in general. Our bodies have trouble keeping up with our food when it has so many other functions to deal with as well!
I am biking across america this summer!
My way to prove to myself and the world that obesity is totally and easily beaten as long as you just simply make the decision.
It will be about a 2700 mile bike ride, not too bad. St. louis MO at the mississippi river all the way out to the pacific ocean here in northern california! Powered by raw vegan living cuisine!
