Date: March 23, 2011 06:40AM i have recently started my journey to better health and changing how i look at food. i have decided to eat for results rather than cravings...lolz. i started by integrating more fruits and veggies..then i borrowed a juicer. now im hooked on juicing and im bout 70% raw. i have found CHIA..man if you dont know this stuff do a search on this site...amazing stuff. trust me.
i add 1 T to my raw oats in the morn with my homemade almond milk. i add 1-2 tsp to my daily green smoothie. they can be added to anything but do be moderate..as with anything too much can do more harm than good. i dont know exactly what can happen but do you research..its all i do. since the beg of feb, i have lots 7 inches on my waist. i was 235 lbs in dec..now im 202. love it des Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
