Firming breasts?

does anyone have any
success with breasts firming themselves either with diet or exercise changes?
or maybe an oil or natural rememdy?
or do they just fix themselves over time
after a few years of yo yoing up and down in weight?

since I've had problems with my weight in the past
I've recently slimed down
healthily with raw food and walking
however the only thing that is not shrinking is my crest
and the the only thing that is not firming up and toning
are the breasts
so I guess the question is what to do
I wear sports bras most of the time
that are supportive and I put Apple cider vinegar and coconut oil on them every night
don't know if that's helping

I would be surprised if raw would help with this, since it's not really a health issue, but a pretty normal phenomenon--but eating raw does help me feel comfortable in my own skin. Sorry, I know that's not the answer you wanted! Maybe someone else has another experience.

Yes, weight lifting is a really good suggestion; also yoga, which restructures you while toning your organs and glands.
