[www.msnbc.msn.com] And to think I used to give my kids Triaminic when they were in daycare... If you read the article, they also admit that the medicines probably don't work for 6 - 11 year olds either but they were afraid to take them off the market as parents would resort to adult medicines instead. If they don't work for kids, why are we supposed to believe any over-the-counter cold meds work for adults either. In fact, how are we supposed to believe any meds work at all? All meds are a tradeoff, they help here but hurt there so that you just die from something different... I, unfortunately, have to take my insulin but I refuse to take anything else - like statins.
