How long should I wait to eat afterwards? Does it matter?

I don't know. I drink tea about 5 minutes after and don't eat for a long while because I am not hungry in the morning. My daughter eats right away. We make sure and rinse our mouths really well and brush really well after. I feel like I have had a professional teeth cleaning everyday. It's really wonderful.
