Date: November 23, 2008 02:38AM Here's a mostly intuitive answer if you don't mind.. when I clean up my diet I get healing symptoms like water retention and inflamation that can be be seen on the outside and are no doubt reflected on the inside. The lungs are within a membrane (pleura) which normally makes it easy to breath, but the pleura can cause pain with every breath if there is fluid or inflamation anywhere in there.. last time I felt this was when I had a bacterial ear infection which went systemic right down to my toes and made my pleura very tender several days in the process.
So maybe it's inflamation? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
