Date: June 17, 2009 01:55AM so i was once told i may have anxiety breath...this is how my breathing goes
it feels like its stuck, and i have to take a few or more deep inhales to get to feeling normal breathing again.ive never felt particularly anxious. i asumed it was because of holding my breath all these years. as a women, with a tummy, im ALWAYS sucking in, as to look thinner.(im not vain, just concious) but this has become so subconcious, its gotta be no good. any tips? I know, for me, it seems like I'm doing Pranayama (or deep-breathing) without trying....WY Re: breathing, or something like it...
