Hi everyone.
I just found this amazing informative sight dedicated to magnesium in our bodies. I recommend for everyone who is interested in their health to have a look over it. The information is invaluable, free, and applicable to almost everyone.

I got some free samples of the "Calm" powder to put into water. Didn't taste too bad. Didn't know too much about Magnesium until then, other than that it is a necessary electrolyte for our body. Thanks for sharing. =)

Mmm.. I have to say that I have mixed feelings about suppliments that are extracted or manufactured by humans. I know that most if not all of them can do harm in their crude man made forms, and I'm not sure if the benifits can outweigh the negatives.

I thoughourly recommend finding natural plant based sources for all of our mineral deficiencies', the natural world has got it all if you know where to look.

Apparently almonds are a good sources of magnesium, and when soaked and sprouted are assimilable by our bodies. From memory I think that dandelion and its root is another rich source of it, I'm sure there are plenty more.
