Oral care

I dry brush my teeth and rinse after every meal. The mouthwash I made consists of 3 parts water to 1 part himalayan crystal brine solution (sole) with a few drops of myrrh extract and ipsab concentrate (for gum care). At night I brush with baking soda, floss, and rinse. I'm experimenting with adding in neem, peelu, green clay, and xylitol for a tooth powder mixture. Some other good ingredients would be: clove oil (great for pain and sensitivities), sage oil, tea tree oil, white oak bark, prickly ash bark, msm powder, silica, and colloidal silver (for infections). Date: December 28, 2008 02:15AM I brush with a home made tooth powder; baking soda, activated charcoal, myrrh powder, a little cinnamon(for sensitivity) and I just bought some white oak bark that I'll be adding to the mix. I've been using this for over 6 months and it has improved the state of my mouth and teeth a lot. I also (strangely, imo) get compliments on the whiteness of my teeth since I've been using this. Date: December 30, 2008 08:59PM Vicco tooth powder (it's imported from India) is great! I get it at the local Indian food market. Looks nasty (brown herbal powder) but it tastes quite nice and leaves a wonderful clean feeling and taste in your mouth afterward. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: Oral care
