Have you discussed eating a plant based diet with your cardiologist and other physicians? Your nutrient needs may be significantly different than those of someone without obstructive cardiomyopathy, specifically with regard to electrolytes. I would suggest discussing you heart's specific energy requirements with your doctors to see how raw plant foods could help you. I would not recommend ceasing Warfarin in your case without medical approval. Also, you must try to get a strict diagnosis of the digestive disorder and its origin. It is good that you are listening to your body and feel you can do better for it. I wish you luck as you learn more. Re: assist please ...

Thank you for responding. Well if I did consume more plant based foods, I would have to keep it up regularly in order to keep the PT/INR at the correct levels. I believe I may be able to make this work with close monitoring and what not. I just need a more optimal nutritional intake as the current one is not working for me. Re: assist please ...

I think it's good that you are willing to eat more plant foods and to be monitored by your physicians while doing so. I wish you good luck and great health Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
