Date: November 26, 2010 10:56AM Does anybody have the ebook "Rawsome Flex" by Tonya Zavasta? It's a great little book that combines facial exercises with diet.
If you don't have Rawsome Flex, I'm also looking for "Facial Fitness" by Patricia Goroway and "Carolyn's Facial Fitness" I'd love to have one of these books if somebody has them. I have the book but sorry I still use it, can't remember the exercises otherwise! I also have the Carole Maggio book, and to be honest many of the exercises are very similar to hers. How are you finding facercise? is it making any difference? I must admit I don't do it regularly enough, but I really *want* it to work, lol Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
