Help me find a work out routine?

Date: December 29, 2010 10:16PM I'm lost, how do you even figure out where to start? I don't need to lose weight, everything is all about taking off pounds and that's not for me at all.
Here's what I want: Flexibility ~ I can do yoga separately for this if neccessary Strength ~ not those girly lean muscles, this is not about how I look. I need to be Very Strong for life, I'm going to get involved in some activities that will require a high level of strength. I don't care if my butt and boobs disappear, that's ok so long as they get replaced with strength. I'm done childbearing, I don't need boobehs anymore anyhow . Endurance ~ I can't be passing out after 20 mins of hard work. I have to be able to build a house out of mud. Literally . And take care of 2 demanding kids while I'm at it. I would like to work out at home with minimum equipment, I can possibly dedicate an hour every day or every other day, I get bored easily but will tough it out with a dull repetitive program if that's what suits my needs most. Date: December 29, 2010 10:56PM I thnk I knwo a couple useful links for women, as developing muscle for women is different than for men, other than the basics, the more testosterone you have, the easier it can be to build and maintain muscle, but basically, free weights and cardio good stuff...my brain is tway to, like, uh...im gonna go take a nap, powerlifer, help her out! im to tired to take this,lol... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, mirror in the sky What is love?
