I really would love to have some tried and true protocols on how to detox heavy metals especially aluminum oxide, barium, and strontium.

So..what'cha got?!

Love,

I used a combination of vitamins and chelators to beat my numerous heavy metal toxicity. One that didn't initially come up on hair mineral tests was Copper toxicity, but as the chelation started it reared its head. With my adrenal fatigue and zinc deficiency i suspected copper poisoning.

Anyway increasing Zinc was the most important element in my chelating protocol, without it all i was doing was temporarily reducing the load. Low levels of bioavailable minerals such as zinc, magnesium and selenium are one possible reason why some allow metals to accumulate. Stress being one of the major factors that reduces levels of beneficial minerals such as Zinc and allows metals such as Copper to accumulate. Go very slow with the Zinc as it displaces many different metals and the detox was horrific when i started.

LL's Magnetic clay baths are what id add to my protocol these days as i have found them to be very effective so far. Brown Seaweed Extract aka Modifilan is one of the most powerful chelators i have used and has minimal detox symptoms unlike some chelators. Pectasol-C is another with studies to back up its efficiency and also doesn't remove beneficial metals such as Zinc in the process.

Lypo-spheric Glutathione is very important and is the only oral Glutathione supplement that works, other than taking precursor amino acids or herbs such as Milk Thistle that raise Gluthatione.

I will be back to post more later

For an UKer's we have most of these products in our store.
