Date: January 17, 2014 06:28AM vitamin D is amazing.i personally take about 50,000 iu pills.very cheap but has amazing effect.also like to hit a tanning bed.very important only a few minutes 5 at most...after that is dangerous. Re: vit D deficiency and the "nutritionally complete diet" myth
