Bone and Joint Inflammation

Any ideas on what may help soothe this? I have crohn's disease and this is often a large problem for me. I walked maybe a mile and a half yesterday - more like strolled - and this morning I wake up limping due to the pain in my hips and knees. I'm supposed to go walking/hiking again today and I'd like to avoid having to take OTC medications to get me moving normally again. Any ideas?

This kind of inflammation will decrease as your health increases. For now, take shorter walks. Yoga (asanas and deep breathing) also helps with joint pain from inflammation.

Bromelian, found in fresh pineaplle is an anti-inflamitory.
