Okra not Medaforman for dietbetis

Date: January 14, 2016 09:46AM Many ex pats living here in Vietnam. Lots of us Vets here who fought in the American War have health issues. Diabeties one. Small group of us meet often and chat, I met several vets who went china herbal med over AMA Medaforman.
Okra one piece cut into three chunks soaked in ice water overnight then dump okra and drink water first thing in am have got thier levels in the 90s. Im told the medaforman med will detsroy your imune system. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
