Jicama

I bought my first jicama the other day and was wondering what are some of the favorite recipes or just general ways to eat this vegggie? I'm excited to try it, but have no idea how.

that would be pretty good actually. jicima is like kholrabi, ever had that? both are crisp and green tasting, a little bit like peeled broccoli stalk. sweetish and crunchy and fresh and delish!
