Irregular BM's on raw?

Date: August 13, 2006 12:10PM Hey Guys,
I looked around and didn't see anything about this, and I really hate to ask, but here goes. I've been raw for four days now and have only had one very small BM. Normally, just vegetarian, I would rarely have one once a day. I feel a little full in my lower belly area, and I was wondering if anyone would suggest taking a natural vegetable laxative or citrucel fiber caplets or anything like that. Please respond and help me! -jess Re: Irregular BM's on raw?

Now is the time to start cleansing with a good product like Dr. Natura and then gradually introducing enema's and colonics into your lifestyle. See, it sounds like you're a bit plugged up. This is normal if you've been following the SAD lifestyle for 20 years or more. Some of my favorite websites are: [www.drnatura.com] [optimalhealthnetwork.com] Peace, Marcos Go Vegan for your life, your health, the planet and, most importantly, the animals that we share this wonderful world with! Date: September 18, 2006 04:54AM I find that my BMs are more regular now that I'm raw. Perhaps you're not eating enough or getting enough fluids. If it's a question of constipation, try eating more water-heavy fruits like cucumbers, watermelons, etc? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
