BPA free containers & more?

Date: April 10, 2010 06:09PM My local Bed bath & beyond has a 24 pc. set BPA free containers for $20.00. I am working towards replacing all the "unhealthy" items in the house. (at least all I can...)
What do you guys use for storage containers? Also looking at replacing all the dinnerware, etc. What is considered a "safe" material? I know coco was into using coconut bowls years ago, but... That would be too much work for me. We have the visions cookware for the cooking of foods ( groan, not me... That is supposed to be a "safe" material, I guess. Also, what about those colored (clear) drinking glasses from the 70's? We have some of those in storage from a family member, nice sized glasses & such. I don't know anything about the glass/material that was used in making them... Thanks for any info./suggestions! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 04/10/2010 06:09PM by juicerkatz. Date: April 10, 2010 11:44PM Thanks Tamu,
Looks like good stuff. I may go for an Anchor Hocking glass storage set w/ BPA free plastic lids. That would be the easiest to travel with, I suppose. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
