Date: September 19, 2006 04:19AM Hi,
Does anyone here (more likely any FMS/CFIDS sufferers) have Neurally Mediated Hypotension? I seem to have a milder case, as I can remember episodes of it since my teens, but it's been getting REALLY bad the last few weeks, basically, since I went raw. I think it's because my sodium intake has gone down so much. Anyone got any suggestions for foods? (Other than the obvious, extra salt!) I don't do much gourment raw yet, as I don't have the tools. I've tried doing searches, but wasn't coming up w/much and even sitting up here typing is making my head hurt right now... Thanks for your help! Re: Need Sodium for Neurally Mediated Hypotension/FMS
