Calcium - Phosphorus ratio too high

On a given day I get 1500mg of phosphorus and only 600mg of calcium. Almost a 3:1 ratio. Is this harmful long-term? I've read that the body excretes up to 1g of phosphorus but only 150mg of calcium daily through the urine, which would prevent anything bad happening I guess. Should I still try to correct this? I also get about 700mg of Magnesium per day - I should get 2x more calcium than this figure?

The last blood test I had, and I was eating the same diet, showed my serum levels of phosphorus and calcium were within normal range.

Then how do you know this imbalance exists?
