Date: November 07, 2006 02:14AM a body does not need fish oil to get omega 3 fatty acids. Our bodies can convert things like flax, hemp, chia seeds that have omega 3's into DHA (which is why they say fish oil is so good.
Where does the fish get its omega 3? From Algae. We can also eat VEGAN algae to get our DHA There is a product by Flora called UDO's choice DHA that cotains all the omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 and DHA that we need, if one is concerned. Re: Fish Oil Health Product
