Bee Pollen

Anyone else tried Bee Pollen or other flower pollens?.

One of my favorite functional foods or "superfoods" if you want to call them that. Bee pollen is one of the richest sources of Vitamin B5 and other B complex vitamins. Which is why so many find it helpful for adrenal fatigue and increasing energy naturally.

Allergies can happen in a small amount of individuals though, so you are best to start by trying a single grain or two, then build the dosage from there.

Here is a video i done.

I may aswell link the video i done on Bee Propolis at the same time.

I have a high-quality bee pollen in the fridge. I enjoy occasionally using it but must confess that I forget to do so!
