Date: December 18, 2012 07:13PM Anyone else tried Bee Pollen or other flower pollens?.
One of my favorite functional foods or "superfoods" if you want to call them that. Bee pollen is one of the richest sources of Vitamin B5 and other B complex vitamins. Which is why so many find it helpful for adrenal fatigue and increasing energy naturally. Allergies can happen in a small amount of individuals though, so you are best to start by trying a single grain or two, then build the dosage from there. Here is a video i done.
