Pregnancy and raw food diet

Hi,

This is my first post, and I've been determining if I should go 100% raw for some time now. When I feel my best, I'm just eating fruits, veggies, fish, nuts (not peanuts), and some meat. Therefore, I've never gone completely raw because of the cooked fish and cooked meat. But I do notice that on the days when I replace nuts or nutbutter with meat, I end up not even caring for meat, and before I know it, it's been a whole week! But I guess the only reason I am still apprehensive is because I'm a little scared that I won't be getting all of the right nutrients that I need. I've done the MC before and through many books I've read the benefits of the raw food diet. I'm gluten intolerant and have an allergy to casein, so those things are gone, and I've noticed after I eat any kind of grain, corn, potato or rice, I blow up and get gassy.......and of course, the topic of my thead, in a couple of years we want to get pregnant, and I don't want to jepordize that AT ALL!!! Also, is it possible to BE pregnant and eat raw and still be 100% healthy for your baby? And also, while breast feeding?

Anyway, lots of questions. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Danielle
