Why am I more flexible when I don't eat meat?

Wondering if anyone has any theories or knows of any science that supports this phenomenon. Am I alone in this or is it common?

Joints not being devoured by acidic byproducts of animal tissue?

I heard this mentioned as being the explanation on a vegan organization's video I watched on YouTube last week. Unfortunately, I've watched over a dozen since, from several different orgs, and can't recall which one it was sad smiley

Well eating meat is a lot of bull and will just bog you down.
Just joking HH I dont know. Mabey you feel more flexible because you are not spending so
much energy digesting the meats.

dead vs live foods?

Crystallization! Uric acid...not sure if there are others (lactic acid?). Same thing happens when you cut out dairy, refined carbs and coffee.

These acidic byproducts are easily dealt and eliminated in healthy individuals though, unless of course you are consuming really excessive amounts.

Like i did a few years back with kombucha and kefir, which are naturally acidic foods.

How are you noticing the decrease in flexibility HH? Whilst doing sports or stretching etc ?
