Date: March 12, 2013 06:07PM He's WAY into supplements. I appreciate his advice on many things but our opinions differ there. I think some whole food supplementation may be advisable but taking daily mittens full of nutrition in pill form is too much for me.
I'll try to watch the video another time, I am using the library internet connection and don't have headphones with me today. If anybody wants to write a little synopsis I'll happily read it though  .Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
