Date: November 05, 2013 08:27PM I've seen a lot of improvement in my skin when updosing on sulfur foods (kale, garlic, onion, etc). It makes your body more stinky but it improves the skin a lot. It is also good for collagen production (skin).
Vit C also helps but not as much as sulfur. Taking spirulina (omega 3s) and romain lettuce (biotin) also helps. Re: young looking skin with sulfur
