exposing the vit D deficiency and the "nutritionally complete diet" myth promoted by animals eaters. Eating meat or fish does not complete the vit D needs of the body.

vitamin D is amazing.i personally take about 50,000 iu pills.very cheap but has amazing effect.also like to hit a tanning bed.very important only a few minutes 5 at most...after that is dangerous.
