And feel sick as hell. As soon as it hit my system I knew what was going on. I can't believe that certain gurus recommend that stuff. Anyway, just thought I'd vent. smiling smiley

Years ago, I accidently ate some gluten. I'm gluten-intolerant, so I was freaking out. I researched and found out about Activated Charcoal and took a couple capsules and never had a problem digesting it. It's a good item to have around the house for that and other uses.

Get some probiotics or prebiotics in you if you have them on hand, i find they help alot if i deviate too much from my usual clean eating.

Refined sugar seems to stimulate the adrenal glands much in the same way that stimulants do, so a nap can always help.

What happened was I get these raw crackers from our co-op. I don't eat them often but if I'm in the mood for something sort of dessert-like I'll eat some with almond butter and Bionaturae jam which is sugar-free. Yesterday I accidentally bought Cascadian Farms jam (very similar jar) which is definitely not sugar-free. I didn't even realize that I had the wrong product until it was in me. Even though I knew it was bad news I foolishly went ahead and ate the whole thing. I felt off for about an hour, went to sleep, and feel great today. Thanks for the advice guys. I'll remember it for future dietary accidents.
